OK, maybe he’s more monster than Robot,
but in my defense Robot is the first word in the title of this 1953 classic
monster movie. Ro-Man’s ridiculous design is basically a
space helmet slapped on a gorilla suit, but somehow it just works and was a lot of fun to draw.
