I’m a little obsessed with The Hobbit movies, so I’m not surprised that I gravitated towards drawing a female Bilbo for the Rule 63 challenge. He’s a favorite character of mine but also female hobbits embody everything I love about drawing women…lots of soft curvy lines and expressive faces.
I feel that Bilbo is full of sass and a deep love for the
simple things in life, so I hope these drawings do their job in representing
these two sides of the female Bilbo I envision.
