Who doesn't love Winston Zeddemore? When we first decided to do a Rule 63 (gender-bender) theme for the week, I had some trouble coming up with a subject. There are just so many great characters to choose from. Tim mentioned that I do something Ghostbusters themed, and so Winnie Zeddemore was born. I wanted her to be a bold and sexy Ghostbuster with a 70's Pam Grier kind of vibe.

Rule 63: Leona of "The Big Bang Theory"

Hi all, Mark here.
I love the show "The Big Bang Theory" so for our gender-swap challenge I decided to draw the character Leonard as a woman.
The end result is surprisingly cute I think, and I had a ton of fun drawing this.  I call her "Leona".

My character of choice for this weeks "Rule 63" challenge is my favorite X-Man Villian Magneto!!! Or maybe we should call her Magnette?!?!

The Bravest Little Hobbit of Them All

I’m a little obsessed with The Hobbit movies, so I’m not surprised that I gravitated towards drawing a female Bilbo for the Rule 63 challenge. He’s a favorite character of mine but also female hobbits embody everything I love about drawing women…lots of soft curvy lines and expressive faces.

I feel that Bilbo is full of sass and a deep love for the simple things in life, so I hope these drawings do their job in representing these two sides of the female Bilbo I envision.

 

Weekly Challenge: RULE 63

For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction…and according to the interweb “for every fictional character, there exists an opposite-gender counterpart”.  Don't you love when physics and the internet hug!
