Fan Friday! Justice League Edition

"I'm Casey Williams, an artist from Canton Ohio that specializes in cartooning. I chose the REAL worlds finest team Blue Beetle and Booster Gold."

Thanks Casey! This is great. We love getting art from our friends. If you like what we do, send your art to be featured on Fridays!

Fan Frrr...Monday. Fan Monday.

Today's fabulous art comes from Clare's friend Karen. Her art blog is overflowing with charming and imaginative art. If you haven't seen her adorable alligator character named Alonso, you are definitely missing out and need to remedy the situation. This is Karen's contribution to the Valentine prompt.

Fan Friday! Breakfast edition!

Today's art comes in a slightly different form. Scott Pickering had this to say:

"I started taking photos of my sunday brunch/breakfasts as a way to entertain myself. I would go to a diner- order some food- and assemble a face- take a pic. I have been posting these on my facebook page and they are always good for a laugh. here is my latest from last week.
waffles, yogurt, orange and banana slices, sausage.
itsy’s b&b. cle ohio"

Thanks Scott for your funky fresh take on breakfast art! We love it so much!

Want to see your work here? Send your art from current or past weekly challenges with a short description and any related links to scribblenerds @ gmail.com and we will happily post it on Friday!

Woohoo! Two pieces from our friends!

Fan Fridays: Krampus Edition!

Justin Pintabona

"It seems like Krampus is on the rise in popularity here in the US, though he's been around much longer back in the deep dark fairy-tale woods of Central Europe. Something about his devious Grinch-ness, scolding and stealing fussy children, offers a welcome counterbalance to the saccharine sweetness of cookies, reindeer and Old Saint Nick. Or, perhaps, it's just the promise that all those noisy, snotty little kids will be spirited away in the night so the grownups can enjoy their Christmas. Bah humbug, I say!"

Want to submit your art? We want to see more! Send your art to scribblenerds@gmail.com with your name, a little bit about your art, and any links to your site or social media hub. Even if it's an old challenge, we will be happy to post it on Friday! Come play with us... Come play with us...
